These are some of the biggest changes to R codes we have seen – it is vital you are across these updates.

  • Simplified rules & more flexible dwellings shapes – setback, heights, privacy and overshadowing

  • Greener and greater gardens – primary garden area, trees and landscaping provisions

  • Brighter and better living spaces – primary living spaces, solar orientation requirements
