Online training terms and conditions outline the agreement between the training provider and the participant, covering aspects like course access, payment, intellectual property, and conduct. They specify the rules and responsibilities for both parties, ensuring a clear understanding of the training program and its associated terms.

Payment and time frames terms

  1. All courses [both online and face to face] must be completed by the end of the calendar year – Ie 31st of December
  2. Failure to complete the course within the calendar year will see the training lapse the and the course content no longer available -there is no roll over provision for the following year. There will be no refund if this the case.
  3. Once the courses are paid for in full -there will no refund option available under any circumstances.
  4. Certification documentation is issued to a learner within 30 calendar days of the learner being assessed as meeting the requirements of the training product if the training program in which the learner is enrolled is complete and providing all agreed fees the learner owes to the RTO have been paid.

To receive the certificate of completion and for Real estate agent to gain the awarded 4 CPD points for completion of each course.

  1. All courses must be paid for in full via our online payment portal to access the course content.
  2. All courses must be completed in full -with all answers to all questions been 100% correct.

Correct information

  1. All participants to courses must provide the correct information to access the courses content and in turn to receive their certificate .
  2. For Real estate agents they must provide the correct information, table  their appropriate DMIRS registration number, correct name and in turn receive course information, the certificate and be awarded 4 CPD points for completion of each course.

Intellectual Property

Our Towns Training owns the intellectual property rights to the course materials.

Participants are Prohibited of unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of the materials. Participants cannot share login details or granting access to others.  Should this occur further fees will be charged as if the course is subscribed again in full.

Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

We will make reasonable efforts to keep any such information that we have about you secure and to ensure that any of our employees or agents who have access to information about you do not make any unauthorised use, modification, reproduction or disclosure of that information.

We will only disclose information that we have about you:

  1. to the extent specifically required by law; or
  2. for the purposes of this agreement (including disclosing information in connection with any query or claim)
  3. information provided by you is considered confidential and will not be divulged to any third party, nor will it be sold.
